Salesforce Business Analyst

G1 is looking to add a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our growing team. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work with customers to gather requirements and develop solutions for projects, configure new and existing Salesforce Implementations, consult with the business teams on system changes and processes, and provide technical assistance to our Integration Management Office. Together, with our clients, we build the capabilities that enable organizations to achieve sustainable advantage. 

Candidates must be comfortable working on remote teams, potentially located in multiple countries and be willing to adjust schedules to meet the needs of a specific project. 

Responsibilities 

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, RMA and Communities is a must.  

  • Interface with all areas of the business from planning and ops/sales leadership to end-users to understand business processes, workflows and apply that knowledge to your daily support of the application. 

  • Develop and contribute to standard documentation and knowledge bases. 

  • Own ad hoc analysis, reporting, and presentation building. 

  • Develop reports and dashboards to empower operational and exploratory analysis or aid data-driven decisions. 

  • Identify opportunities and development to improve processes and streamline operations with technology solutions. 

  • Collaborate with business and development teams to create comprehensive and cohesive solution approaches. 

  • Salesforce Application support experience; ability to handle bug fixes/clean data. 

  • End-to-end project experience working and communicating with cross-functional teams 

  • Proficient understanding of data structures, data modeling, & database schema. 

  • Experience working w/ big dataset and is comfortable writing SOQL/SQL specific to business requirement/ 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Data Loader and/or other relevant administration tools. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet scheduled deadlines. 

  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attention to detail with a focus on high-quality project delivery. 

Required Experience & Skills 

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Database Design, or related field; or equivalent experience with demonstrable proficiency in specific technology.

  • 7-10 years applied experience performing system administration and data management responsibilities in an enterprise setting 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • SFDC Administrator Certification (201/211) 

  • Salesforce certified Administrator/Platform App builder. 

  • Salesforce certified Sales Cloud Consultant/ Service Cloud Consultant 

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and highly demanding work environment; Excels in high levels of uncertainty and change 

  • Team management or leadership experience
